Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts in busy warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and electric carts
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanning systems
- Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train on new warehouse technologies and material handling systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
