Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to organize inventory and maintain accurate records
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and staging products for shipment
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety regulations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license (required for certification training)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation to Austin facility
