Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory through systematic stock counts and documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
