Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Prepare and maintain documentation for daily operations
- Support facility cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/material handling
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
