Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team on warehouse organization
- Support inventory control and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule including weekends if needed
- Clean driving record (if operating other vehicles)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
