Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Accurately count, tag, and verify inventory against shipping orders using scanners.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and workflow continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety procedures and traffic control within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
