As a key member of our logistics team, you will ensure the efficient flow of goods through our warehouse operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (Class A or B) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform loading, unloading, and staging of materials from trucks and trailers.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator Certification.
- Proven experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and hazard recognition.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and operating heavy machinery.
- Basic computer literacy for logging data.
