Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Perform routine safety inspections and maintenance on all equipment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse flow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long shifts.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and safety procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
