Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and production areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Assist in maintaining organized and clean storage areas to maximize space utilization
- Participate in cross-functional training to develop versatile warehouse skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in varying warehouse conditions
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and push/pull up to 100 lbs
