Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load and unload freight.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
- Strong ability to read and understand safety labels and instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
