Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized goods efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Load/untract trailers using proper dock procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and report equipment issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Organize and stage materials for optimal workflow
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
