Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately load/untract trailers and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards for material handling operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow execution
- Track inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of certified forklift operation experience (sit-down/stand-up)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work 8-12 hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- RF scanner technology proficiency preferred
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Pre-employment drug screen & background check required
