Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock picking, packing, and palletizing.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery scheduling.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Current, valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFP/CFII) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent physical stamina, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
