Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and perform daily forklift maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Train new operators on equipment and safety procedures
- Load/unload trucks with precision and efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
