Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings

- Verify inventory accuracy using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize warehouse space utilization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals
- Assist in training new warehouse staff on equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., RF scanners)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
