Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform routine safety inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Ensure the organized and safe storage of products to optimize retrieval efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (e.g., Counterbalance, Reach Truck) is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read and understand shipping orders and pick lists.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
