Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and loading docks
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and equipment usage
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
