Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse setting
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and electric pallets
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
