Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to transport materials within warehouse and yard
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
