Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
