Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
- Perform routine pre-shift safety inspections and equipment maintenance checks.
- Accurately count, tag, and stock inventory to ensure precise record-keeping.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFP) or equivalent certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
