Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment before/after shifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in warehouse organization and space utilization
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
