In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, railcars, and conveyors with precision.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Scan items using RF scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize stock in designated storage areas to optimize warehouse space.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous forklift experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
