Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts and other powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers while verifying product accuracy and documentation
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory control procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
