Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Load/unload trucks and organize stock in designated storage areas
- Participate in regular safety training and equipment certification
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screen required
