Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Ensure proper stacking, storage, and organization of products
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and hazardous material handling
- Assist with warehouse cleaning and organization duties
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
