Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory safely
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and compliant workspaces
- Support cross-functional operations as needed to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
