Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and stage inventory with precision and speed.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance and proper functionality.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure efficient workflow and prevent accidents.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders according to shipping manifests and customer requirements.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize storage strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (Counterbalance or Reach Truck).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists and labels accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
