Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Manage inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams for efficient workflow
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Train on new technologies and safety procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-compliant)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
