Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in warehouse settings
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/unload shipments and verify inventory accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow 5S principles
- Collaborate with warehouse team for efficient operations
- Document inventory movements and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license
- Pre-employment drug screening required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
