Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting any malfunctions immediately
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Complete inventory documentation and warehouse management system entries
- Support cross-functional logistics activities as needed
- Work overtime shifts during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug screen
