Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with precision and efficiency
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team for seamless material flow
- Optimize stacking/storage to maximize space utilization
- Train new hires on equipment operation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license (Class B a plus)
