Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials in warehouse settings
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure operational safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
