Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and yard
- Load/unload trucks using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Support cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience in warehouse/industrial setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/OT)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
