Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods
- Execute precise inventory management through systematic stock rotation
- Maintain OSHA compliance by conducting pre-shift equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading workflows
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols in temperature-controlled zones
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Enforce 5S standards for workplace organization
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 72 hours)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse equipment operation experience
- Proficiency with RF scanning and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in varied temperatures
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
