Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Manage inventory counts and stock rotation in 100,000 sq ft facility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Maintain OSHA compliance and report safety hazards
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and other equipment
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Clear drug test and background check
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
- Valid California driver's license preferred
