Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper weight distribution techniques
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/driving record check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and measurement
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
