Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions daily
- Collaborate with warehouse team for smooth operations
- Stack, organize, and retrieve products in designated areas
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
