Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized, and compliant work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong understanding of weight balance and load security
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Clear pre-employment background check and drug screen
