Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within warehouse facilities
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Load/unload trucks with precision and efficiency
- Inventory management and accurate record-keeping
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team for optimal workflow
- Operate other warehouse equipment as needed (pallet jacks, etc.)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/nights)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
