Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to move pallets and materials safely within warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks using proper stacking techniques and weight distribution
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document material movements and warehouse activities accurately
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
