Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately inventory and transport materials using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new hires on safe operation procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Clean driving record and valid Georgia driver's license
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
