Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, including Reach Trucks and Order Pickers, to move pallets and heavy loads.
- Load and unload freight trucks in a timely and organized manner.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management software.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift operating experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
