Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in the warehouse to ensure optimal flow.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Clean work areas and maintain a neat, organized, and safe facility environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
