Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in safe operating condition and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and organizing warehouse spaces.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
