Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Load/unload trucks using efficient stacking techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols rigorously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Keep work areas organized and compliant with 5S standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Commitment to maintaining zero-accident safety records
