Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to meet daily production and shipping targets
- Document material movements and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate powered pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
