Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while adhering to company standards
- Manage inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Follow all OSHA and safety regulations without exception
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean warehouse spaces
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
