Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following 5S principles
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
