Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock.
- Inspect machinery for safety issues and report maintenance needs.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
